1. I think the strong part of my painting is the little boy on the swing because I used a lot of different values of black and white to make him pop out from the background. 2. I would have made the lines of the swings a little straighter because I didn't go back and fix them. 3. My painting represents joy, I did this by adding a little yellow to the painting and a child swinging usually means a happy kid. I chose joy because I am a happy person. 4. I used black and white for most of my painting but the only actual hue that I used was a tiny bit of yellow because it is a very joyful color. 5. The light values are the white and yellow in the upper right corner. The dark values is the black towards the left and bottom sides. 6. I learned how to blend colors really well because I spent a lot of time doing that on both of my paintings. I can use this for future projects. 7.I had the background start in the right upper corner and fade darker towards the bottom left corner to make the kid swinging pop out and look joyful. It turned out pretty close to what I pictured in the beginning because I followed my main idea. 8. I think it was very worthwhile, I liked this project and I liked that we could choose whatever we wanted to do for our exceeds painting.
